Mindez azt jelenti, hogy nincsen konkr\u00e9t v\u00e9gzetts\u00e9gi el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1s a DPO kijel\u00f6l\u00e9s\u00e9hez, teh\u00e1t nem is kell jog\u00e1szt, vagy \u00e9ppen \u00fcgyv\u00e9det megb\u00edzni ezzel a feladattal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>Ki legyen az adatv\u00e9delmi tisztvisel\u0151?<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Egy v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1s sz\u00e1mos m\u00f3don megoldhatja az adatv\u00e9delmi tisztvisel\u0151 kijel\u00f6l\u00e9s\u00e9b\u0151l ered\u0151 feladatait. A lehet\u0151 legegyszer\u0171bb m\u00f3don pl. megb\u00edzhat egy ilyen szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s v\u00e9gz\u00e9s\u00e9re szakosodott c\u00e9get vagy \u00fcgyv\u00e9di irod\u00e1t (nek\u00fcnk is van ilyen <a href=\"https:\/\/dataprotectionsolutions.hu\/en\/adatvedelmi-tisztviselo\/\">szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sunk<\/a>). Ennek a megold\u00e1snak az el\u0151nye az, hogy mindenk\u00e9ppen teljes\u00fcl a szak\u00e9rtelmi, illetve f\u00fcggetlens\u00e9gi k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9ny, ami a DPO-k jog\u00e1ll\u00e1sa szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l rendk\u00edv\u00fcl fontos. A m\u00e1sik megold\u00e1s, hogy a szervezeten bel\u00fcl egy m\u00e1r megl\u00e9v\u0151 munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 kapja meg ezt a feladatot. \u00c1ltal\u00e1ban ezt valamilyen t\u00f6bblet juttat\u00e1s fej\u00e9ben l\u00e1tj\u00e1k el azok a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k, akik adatv\u00e9delmi \u00e9s technol\u00f3giai affinit\u00e1ssal rendelkeznek. Ilyen esetekben mindenk\u00e9ppen javasolt, hogy a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 elv\u00e9gezzen valamilyen adatv\u00e9delmi k\u00e9pz\u00e9st. Ilyen lehet p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a<a href=\"https:\/\/dataprotectionsolutions.hu\/en\/adatvedelem\/\">z adatv\u00e9delmi inform\u00e1ci\u00f3kezel\u00e9si rendszer (ISO\/IEC 27701)<\/a> vagy GDPR kurzus, amelyeket mi is k\u00edn\u00e1lunk.
