A riport elk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez azonban a NAIH \u00e1ll\u00e1spontja szerint <\/span><b>nem volt sz\u00fcks\u00e9g a s\u00e9r\u00fclt azonos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, azt meg lehetett volna tenni olyan form\u00e1ban is, hogy az \u00e9rintett nem azonos\u00edthat\u00f3. A Hat\u00f3s\u00e1g mindezt f\u0151k\u00e9nt arra alapozta, hogy a riport nem az \u00e9rintettr\u0151l, hanem mag\u00e1r\u00f3l az esem\u00e9nyr\u0151l, a balesetr\u0151l sz\u00f3lt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ezen fel\u00fcl a NAIH arra is r\u00e1mutatott, hogy az \u00fajs\u00e1g\u00edr\u00e1s sor\u00e1n kezelt szem\u00e9lyes adatokra az \u00fajs\u00e1g\u00edr\u00e1s, mint k\u00f6z\u00e9rdek\u0171 tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g jogalapk\u00e9nt nem alkalmazand\u00f3, ilyen esetekben ugyanis <\/span><b>az adatkezel\u0151 jogos \u00e9rdek\u00e9r\u0151l besz\u00e9lhet\u00fcnk. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Term\u00e9szetesen ez megk\u00edv\u00e1nja \u00e9rdekm\u00e9rlegel\u00e9si tesztek elv\u00e9gz\u00e9s\u00e9t is. A tv csatorna azonban sem megfelel\u0151 c\u00e9llal, sem megfelel\u0151 jogalappal nem rendelkezett az adatkezel\u00e9shez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00fcl\u00f6n kiemelend\u0151, hogy egy\u00e9bk\u00e9nt<\/span><b> a csal\u00e1d tiltakozott <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is a riport megjelen\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9vel kapcsolatban, amely azonban az inform\u00e1ci\u00f3 tov\u00e1bbad\u00e1s\u00e1nak hi\u00e1ny\u00e1ban nem jutott el az adatkezel\u0151 megfelel\u0151 d\u00f6nt\u00e9shoz\u00f3j\u00e1hoz, ezzel pedig a gyakorlatban bizony\u00edtotta, hogy<\/span><b> nincs megfelel\u0151 szervezetrendszere <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatkezel\u00e9si ig\u00e9nyek \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A fentiek alapj\u00e1n teh\u00e1t sz\u00fcks\u00e9g volt a fenti adatv\u00e9delmi b\u00edrs\u00e1g kiszab\u00e1s\u00e1ra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Riportokat k\u00e9sz\u00edtesz \u00fajs\u00e1gban, Tv-ben vagy az interneten?
