A hat\u00f3s\u00e1g megvizsg\u00e1lta az oldal m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s azt tapasztalta, hogy m\u00edg a s\u00fctik elfogad\u00e1s\u00e1hoz elenged\u0151 volt egy kattint\u00e1s, addig azok visszautas\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz t\u00f6bb kattint\u00e1s volt sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges. A hat\u00f3s\u00e1g arra is kit\u00e9rt, hogy a s\u00fctik elutas\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1nak lehet\u0151s\u00e9ge csak a \u201cS\u00fctik elfogad\u00e1sa\u201d gombra kattint\u00e1st k\u00f6vet\u0151en lehetet megtenni, ez\u00e1ltal a Facebook azt a t\u00e9ves benyom\u00e1st keltette, hogy a s\u00fctiket csak elfogadni lehet, elutas\u00edtani nem. Mindezek alapj\u00e1n ker\u00fclt sor a 60 milli\u00f3 eur\u00f3s b\u00edrs\u00e1g kiszab\u00e1s\u00e1ra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>Megfelel a weboldalam a fenti krit\u00e9riumoknak?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A weboldalak, webshopok sz\u00e1mos s\u00fcti kezel\u0151 szoftvert alkalmaznak, amelyek t\u00f6k\u00e9letesen megfelelnek a fenti k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyeknek, pontosabban alkalmazhat\u00f3k \u00fagy, hogy azok megfeleljenek az adatv\u00e9delmi el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1soknak. Tapasztalatunk szerint azonban az esetek t\u00f6bbs\u00e9g\u00e9ben a weboldalak nem megfelel\u0151en implement\u00e1lj\u00e1k ezeket a megold\u00e1sokat \u00e9s a fentiekhez hasonl\u00f3 helyzeteket teremtenek.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>Hogyan bizonyosodhatok meg r\u00f3la, hogy megfelelek-e az adatv\u00e9delmi k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyeknek?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ebben az esetben egyszer\u0171 a helyzet, elegend\u0151 nyitni egy \u201cInkognit\u00f3 ablakot\u201d, amely gyakorlatilag b\u00e1rmely modern b\u00f6ng\u00e9sz\u0151ben el\u00e9rhet\u0151, majd ezen kereszt\u00fcl keress\u00fck fel a k\u00e9rd\u00e9ses weboldalt. Ha a s\u00fctik alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1hoz egy gomb megnyom\u00e1s\u00e1val (pl. \u201cS\u00fctik elfogad\u00e1sa\u201d) lehet hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rulni, viszont nincs megfelel\u0151 egygombos alternat\u00edva a nem sz\u00fcks\u00e9gszer\u0171en alkalmazand\u00f3 s\u00fctik visszautas\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra, akkor m\u00e1r biztos, hogy jogellenesen alkalmazzuk ezeket a megold\u00e1sokat, ebben az esetben ugyanis s\u00e9r\u00fcl az \u00f6nk\u00e9ntes hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s megad\u00e1s\u00e1nak lehet\u0151s\u00e9ge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ha tal\u00e1lunk olyan gombot, amellyel el lehet utas\u00edtani minden nem sz\u00fcks\u00e9gszer\u0171 s\u00fctit, akkor sem nyugodhatunk meg teljesen, ugyanis sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges azt is megvizsg\u00e1lnunk, hogy milyen lehet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00fcnk van a s\u00fctik m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra. Ha p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a weboldal l\u00e1bl\u00e9c\u00e9ben tal\u00e1lunk erre szolg\u00e1l\u00f3 egygombos alternat\u00edv\u00e1t, vagy a weboldalon egy szinten egy kattint\u00e1ssal el\u00e9rhet\u0151 widgetet haszn\u00e1lunk erre a c\u00e9lra, m\u00e1ris jogszer\u0171en j\u00e1runk el.
